My name is Khary, my friends call me K. Today is a great day to have a great day! We are all divinely & energetically connected; sharing the air, water, earth & light.  We alive y'all! Post-COVID, it's not hard to see that we are getting further from living like it. Maybe it's growing up in America. Maybe as a chocolate skinned man in America but, I believe it's up to us to change it. Real people dealing with & living real lives. Eating, laughing, dancing, crying & trying people. 

The data from all my studies & message from all the mistakes I've made point to one fact; the best & only place to begin is ourselves. ELEVATED9 is a framework to connect with & grown your innerverse. Integrating my mental wellness, holistic health, NLP, EFT, athletic coaching, & other professional experience to help people make the changes they want & need to live the life they desire. Healthy people will foster community accountability, & a focus on conscious, ethical living.
